Safely and easily install a ceiling fan or ceiling fixture with this handy Saf-T-Pan support box from Westinghouse. The pan, which is ideal for either new construction or remodeling work, is 1/2-inch deep and has a capacity of 6 cubic inches. It comes with 8/32-inch threads for cover plates and lightweight light fixtures and 10/24-inch threads for mounting ceiling fans and chandeliers, and can support ceiling fan fixtures as heavy as 70 pounds or light fixtures up to 150 pounds. The support is compatible with all ceiling fans, including those manufactured by Westinghouse, Hunter Originals, and Instaloc. Handy features include a Saf-T-Cap, which protects bolts and wires during painting and sheetrock installation, dual mounting capabilities, and 5 knockouts for working with conduit or Romex.
